| A closer view of the granite single-arch B&O bridge looking along the former roadbed. You can make out the top of each side of the bridge. The No Trespassing sign is keeping any closer views or any more shots along this stretch of the former railroad out of the question. Perhaps one day, I'll ask for permission (sure would be an easy mountain bike ride) to enter and see what else can be found. Supposedly a mile or two upstream there was two creek crossings by the railroad before it reached Providence Mills. |
